How do you bill for your services?
I offer three Virtual Assistance Plans to choose from which are listed here. I bill by the hour in 15 minute minimum increments; this includes time spent reading and replying to emails. I start my timer the second I begin to work on your tasks and turn it off once the tasks are complete.
Invoices for Virtual Assistance Plans are emailed via Freshbooks (aff link). I keep track of your hours used and will let you know when you are running low unless we have previously agree to autorenewal.

Can we discuss projects over the phone?
Phone meetings are considered a billable service and an appointment will need to be made for all phone calls.
Can we meet in person?
I no longer provide in person meetings as a service.
How much advance notice do you need for projects?
I require 24 hours notice for all projects.
